The staff was amazing, especially Anthia who swiftly resolved an issue with my room's AC unit. the housekeeping was impeccable and the location near West Chester University was ideal. the hotel offers a gym and business center, as well as an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi. the rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the convenient microwave in the room and the complimentary buffet breakfast. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing getaway in West Chester.
